Data Collection and Feedback
There are multiple ways that we collect feedback from students:

- Focus groups
- Post-course surveys (required)
- End of Phase surveys (required)
- External surveys (AAMC surveys: matriculating student questionnaire, year 2 questionnaire, graduation questionnaire and program director survey)
Possible responses to your feedback:
- Sometimes, we can make the changes right away
- Sometimes, changes take time so may not happen right away
- Sometimes, we are not sure that the suggestions will work or make sense in our curriculum, so we continue to monitor
- Sometimes, we do not think the suggestion is the right one for our curriculum, so elect not to make the change.
- Sometimes, the change is not possible.
