About the Event: Receive FREE health screenings, including blood pressure checks, HIV testing, head and neck cancer screenings, prostate cancer screenings and colorectal cancer screening take-home tests. Explore community resources, including organizations providing substance use prevention, treatment and recovery support. Hear from WashU Medicine physicians and health experts, enjoy family-friendly wellness activities and receive free back-to-school backpacks while supplies last.
